Children's Miracle Network

Children's Miracle Network is an international non-profit organization founded in 1983 to raise funds and awareness for 170 children's hospitals throughout North America. It has raised more than $2 billion in support of the more than 17 million children treated at these hospitals every year for diseases, injuries and birth defects of every kind. Children's Miracle Network hospitals treat all children regardless of affliction or the family's ability to pay.

Children's Miracle Network's founding pledge is to put children first in all it does and keep 100 percent of donations in the community where they were raised. The Children’s Miracle Network at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia has raised more than $3.2 million for patient care programs in the last year.

Children's Miracle Network sponsors and other local businesses raise funds through a number of campaigns such as the Miracle Balloon Program and fund-raising events such as the "98.1 WOGL Loves Our Kids Radiothon."
